Order by phone or email, pay via invoice, and pick up in-store

Ordering: Place orders by contacting us via phone or email during business hours. Please provide item details, quantities, and any specific preferences.  Payment: Once your order is confirmed, we’ll email an invoice for payment. Payment must be completed before pickup.

Pickup: All purchases are for in-store pickup only. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready. Orders should be picked up within 5 business days of notification. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

Will I be able to return my order?

Of course! Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned (unless there is a manufacturer defect) and returned within 14 days of your purchase.

You will be able to exchange the product or return to receive store credit. All sale items are final sale.

To initiate a return, please email info@thegrovemarshall.com to request an exchange or refund.

Can I exchange my purchase?

We are happy to exchange any items that need a style change or an alternate size.
